Do you offer transportation for multi-day trips?

Yes, we do! Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and we will work with you to create a customized plan that fits your requirements and budget.

What constitutes a hourly booking?

An hourly booking is assigned when our driver has to be on standby at your service for 3 hours or more. 

How are payments made?

Towards the end of our service, an invoice would be sent to your email. This includes a payment instruction which you can follow to proceed with the payment.

Are there alternative choices for the vehicles?

Yes, there are. However, such request would have to be arranged. Do reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate.

Can I make last-minute changes to my reservation?

We understand plans can change. You can contact us or our driver, and we will do our best to accommodate any last-minute changes, subject to availability.

Are there additional charges for waiting time or unexpected delays?

We strive to be transparent about our pricing. Waiting fee will apply starting 15 minutes after scheduled time, and it will be charged for every subsequent 15-minute period thereafter.
